streaming audio

Details:
Test movie: http://strk.kbt.io/tmp/htf_sweet.swf
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run gtk-gnash http://strk.kbt.io/tmp/htf_sweet.swf
2. Wait for the animation to start (after "Hang in there, kids")
3. Hit ^Q (quit) or ^R (restart)
Expected behavior: gnash quits or restarts
Actual behavior: the gnash window stays mapped on the screen, no interaction
is possible (menus, right-click menu). Display refreshes still work, and for
the ^Q (quit) case audio still comes out.
Waiting enough time the movie eventually unlocks and continues (for the
restart case) or quits (for the quit case). I suspect this is something to do
with the time tap.
This bug was experienced as of commit
889485d16a2ddca73bffb4622f0e9360a0267e5d
I don't know if any previous version worked fine.
